SHIPPING: The time needed to prepare an order varies on the size of the order. Usually, I ship out items in 5-7 business days.
Postal Carrier: Our Shipping goes through USPS.
USPS Shipping. Shipping costs will be determined by weight and location. Locally, Standard Shipping costs are $4.75 - $5.00. Priority Mail is now $10.40 and up depending on the shipping packaging.
For Winter weather advisory: This will cause delays. Look up https://www.usps.com/ for more information if you are enduring this situation.
During COVID, there will be delays in some areas with deliveries, but I do my utmost to mail out orders within 3-5 business days.

Canada- 5-7 days
North America- 5-7 days.
Everywhere Else- 7-14 days
Custom orders are only for regular-priced items listed. For additional items not listed, shipping will vary since custom items are made to order i.e., soaps, lotions, and body butter takes time to set up to complete formulation, and there is a 24-hour window for this. Please allow 3-14 business days before shipping. For example, our bar soaps will be sent out within 1 - 2 weeks and packaged securely. Clearance items are not allowed.
RaeMarie Essentials will do its best to meet these shipping estimates, but it's not guaranteed as it will depend on the shipping method you choose.
PAYMENT/PRIVACY: RaeMarie Essentials accepts all major payments. Payment and personal information are secured as RaeMarie Essentials does not receive your credit card information and does not share personal information. I take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to ensure personal information is not lost, misused, assessed, disclosed, or altered. Each page on my online storefront is SSL-encrypted as is the backend admin, so any time-sensitive data like payment details are passed, it’s encrypted. My store is hosted on BigCartel. They provide me with an online e-commerce platform that allows me to sell my products and services to you that is secured from top to bottom.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES: We gladly accept cancellations, but do not accept returns due to the nature of the products; we do not resell to prevent cross-contamination. I'm pleased to ship another item if arrived damaged. Please contact Shere'e using the contact section of this website to help with issues regarding how to be refunded.

Ingredients Caution:
In some of my products, I do add essential oils. For example, essential oils, Aloe Vera, and Marshmallow Root as such are natural ingredients, which doesn't mean it's always safe to use. Please, for your own safety in using natural ingredients if you do have a medical condition, taking prescription drugs, pregnancy or nursing please always consult (your) Physician before using because our skin is the biggest organ of the body and it will absorb whatever you add on it, which could affect what you are going through.
